Outstanding customer service, friendly, easy-going staff. Steve and Jason have taken care of our vehicles for a few years now. When it comes to car repairs, these guys know what they're doing...fair pricing, great diagnostic abilities (not your typical "parts replacers" ). Totally honest, they won't sell you anything you don't need. Highly recommended. Great location, easy to get to from anywhere, and they're open Saturdays. They also sell some pretty decent used cars.

First garage I needed since moving to the island in October 2019.....and over a holiday weekend Jess ran through what may be needed when my water pump went on my Dodge Ram....and the price. Vehicle was done quickly....and less than quoted Received a ride from their garage to work...and from my home to pick it up once fixed.....and washed it too Great job....will use them again

Steven went out of his way to get me financing through my bank, and out the door in a new reliable vehicle with a great price, low km, and warranty still in place. His lovely wife then went out of her way to follow me back to Nanaimo in my old vehicle to save time and the hassle of getting it home. They truly made, and still make me feel like part of their family. Jess runs the service and then some. She has always gone above and beyond, always smiling and helpful. I was sad to hear she was moving a couple years back, but much to my delight, she has returned and is still providing top notch service! I intend on purchasing and servicing all my vehicles through Shannon Motors until they retire. Trust is huge when it comes to vehicle purchases and repair, and I trust these guys 100%.

Awesome service. Very helpful, affordable and accommodating. And they were honest about unnecessary work that didn't need to be done. Jess and Steve gave great advice. I prefer to shop local and these guys were great. Also allowed me to take advantage of an outdated coupon on their website. 😁👍 Their mechanic fixed up my vehicle to make it safe for my daughter and grandkids.
